Accessibility Statement

moldtraining.us wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use moldtraining.us and take our courses. The Site is operated by HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Pages use semantic HTML with one main heading, ordered subheadings, landmarks, and a "Skip to content" link.
• Navigation, FAQs, checkout, and privacy choices work with a keyboard.
• Images have text alternatives, and text and controls are designed to meet WCAG color-contrast requirements.
• Pages adapt to phones, tablets, and browser zoom.
• We test pages with automated tools (axe-core, through Lighthouse). On October 2, 2026, every page of the Site was tested and showed no WCAG 2.1 A or AA violations, apart from an issue inside the third-party card payment field. Automated tools catch only some issues, so we also welcome reports from people who use assistive technology.

Known limitations

• Courses run on HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC's learning platform, which is separate from this Site. If any part of a course is hard to use with your assistive technology, contact us for help or an accommodation.
• Third-party tools such as the live chat (Tawk.to) and the card payment field (Stripe) are provided by other companies, and we cannot fully control their accessibility. Phone and email are always available instead, and we can take your enrollment by phone.
