Common causes and hidden locations of moisture problems, and preventive maintenance practices for buildings, crawl spaces, HVAC systems, furnace humidifiers, and bathrooms.

Building Investigation and Remediation Plan
Identifying areas of potential contamination, equipment used for assessment and remediation, mold sampling trade-offs, and the key steps of a remediation plan.

Mold Cleanup and Containment
The three common mold cleanup methods, why biocides aren't recommended for routine use, containment concepts, and PPE to minimize exposure.

Mold Remediation Guidelines
Area-specific remediation guidelines, cleanup procedures for small/medium/large contamination, confined-space considerations, and why remediation evaluation requires professional judgment.
